3.0 out of 5 stars A good bike but ..., November 11, 2012

This bike is easy to assemble, as other reviewers suggested. It is comfortable to use as well. For the price it charges, it is certainly a good buy. My issues with it are:

1: the connection between the front half and back half is weak. When riding, the front part tends to wobble which is annoying. Being an engineer myself, I think a better and still cost-effective design of connection should be possible.
2. overall the bike is short. I use the maximum adjustable length it provides and it is ok for me but anyone taller than me (5ft7) would not be able to extend legs fully.

I thought that even though this was a cheaper exercise bike, it would be ok for me, since I'm not a hardcore exerciser. I was wrong. The wobble in the front of the bike is terrible, and no amount of tightening helps. I both called and emailed customer support of Sunny, and was told, both times, that they could not find my order, so couldn't help me. I even forwarded my Amazon confirmation email. Didn't matter. They couldn't find my order, so refused to help. I think I will be returning. Honestly, the wobble is bad, but the customer service just infuriated me. Honestly, why do they even care so much where I purchased? I have the bike. I just wanted some assurance that I put it together properly, and there wasn't anything I could do to fix the wobble!

2.0 out of 5 stars Thinking about returning, November 20, 2012

I suppose I can't be too disappointed considering the price tag, but this bike is NOT for a high intensity cardio workout. As another reviewer mentioned, the bike wobbles when it's being used. It is also too short for me (I'm 5'8 with long legs). I'm going to try to make it work, but I would not suggest it for those who are in shape looking for cardio. I can see it being used for rehab purposes.
