The bike is easy to assemble, sturdy and super quiet at all speeds. The seat is extremely comfortable and I feel like I could sit on this like it's a piece of furniture for long periods of time. The pedal action is smooth and effortless. The resistance can be changed on the fly with a simple touch of a button and provides some serious aerobic effort if that's your flavor. The only thing I have experienced so far is the the seat slightly wobbles from side to side at speeds greater than 12mph. The computer on this thing tracks everything and can be viewed either on the built in display or you can connect via bluetooth to a whole litany of apps through your phpne or tablet. If you use an app that has google maps, you can even watch the street level view of the area you're riding through as if you were really there. The apps are mostly free. But it took me five or six hours to get to this point because of the totally execrable manual. The bad stuff first: the manual is beyond awful. Paradigm Health & Wellness, Inc. should invest the relatively little it would take to hire a native English-speaking technical writer and competent technical illustrator to produce a first-rate manual.
